These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Harbor Grove Care & Mobility LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) provider operating in Boise, Idaho and surrounding areas.
By scheduling a ride, using our transportation services, or accessing our website at www.harborgrovecareandmobility.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
Harbor Grove Care & Mobility LLC provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services including but not limited to:
We serve clients in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Eagle, Caldwell, Kuna, Star, and surrounding communities in the Treasure Valley, Idaho. Service area is subject to change at our discretion.
Our services are available to any individual requiring non-emergency medical transportation. Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult caregiver unless prior written authorization is provided.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when scheduling rides, including:
Providing false or incomplete information may result in delayed service, additional charges, or cancellation of the ride.
Clients are responsible for being ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time. A waiting period of up to 10 minutes will be observed. After this time, the ride may be marked as a no-show and cancellation fees may apply.
Rides may be scheduled by phone, text, or email. We recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Same-day rides are accommodated based on availability.
We understand that medical appointments can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule rides due to vehicle unavailability, severe weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you as early as possible and assist in rescheduling.
We work with private pay, facility contracts, and third-party insurance providers. It is the client's responsibility to verify coverage prior to scheduling. Any portion not covered by insurance or a facility contract is the client's financial responsibility.
For clients paying privately, rates will be provided at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
If you believe you have been incorrectly billed, please contact us within 30 days of the service date. We will investigate and resolve all billing disputes in good faith.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all clients and staff, the following rules apply during transport:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the ride and potential restriction from future services.
Harbor Grove Care & Mobility LLC carries appropriate commercial auto and general liability insurance as required by the State of Idaho.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harbor Grove Care & Mobility LLC shall not be liable for:
Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific ride in question.
The safety of our clients is our highest priority. In the event of a medical emergency during transport:
Clients with known medical conditions that may require emergency intervention during transport are encouraged to inform us at the time of booking so we can take appropriate precautions.
Harbor Grove Care & Mobility LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual who:
Refusal of service will be carried out in a non-discriminatory manner, in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
We are committed to resolving any concerns quickly and fairly. If you have a complaint about our services:
If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ada County, Idaho, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ada County, Idaho.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
